Old Windows, Dos, and PS1 Games
These are old Windows, Dos, and PS1 games that have been abandoned, as far as I know. They all are emulated through either
Dosbox, Dosbox-Staging, Dosbox-X, PCem, or DuckStation. All the games below are self contained, and need nothing else to run.
Just download onto a Windows 7-11 lettered drive, unzip, and play.
Windows Games
-
Myst - Original (1994) Myst.Original.1994-002.7z (332.38 mb)
This is free, fully setup and ready to play. Before playing make sure to read the Readme1st.txt
file after unzipping. This can be unzipped and played from any lettered Windows directory or
drive, and should work on Windows 7-11.
Myst (1994) is the original version that started the legend. This is actually the first PC game I
ever bought back in 1994, and I was hooked from the start.

the Russian Revolution, and World War II from occurring.
-
Black Dahlia (1998) Black.Dahlia-001.7z (5.83 gb)
This is free, fully setup and ready to play. Before playing make sure to read the Readme1st.txt
file after unzipping. This can be unzipped and played from any lettered Windows directory or
drive, and should work on Windows 7-11.
"Black Dahlia" is a great detective type of game. It comes on 8 CD's, that's why the download is
so big.
-

This is free, fully setup and ready to play. Before playing make sure to read the Readme1st.txt
file after unzipping. This can be unzipped and played from any lettered Windows directory or
drive, and should work on Windows 7-11.
"Faust: Seven Games of the Soul" is a very strange game, so if you like game oddities, this is
right up your alley. This is a 3d game that comes on 4 cd's, that's why the download is so big.
Again make sure to read the Readme1st.txt file before playing.

different from where it starts.
-
Bad Day on the Midway (1995) Bad.Day.on.the.Midway-016.7z (339 mb)
This is free, fully setup and ready to play. Before playing make sure to read the Readme1st.txt file
after unzipping. This can be unzipped and played from any lettered Windows directory or drive,
and should work on Windows 7-11.
This game doesn't play so well under any emulation I've tried so far, sound problems. With this latest
version using PCem emulation I've been able to get the game to play better than I ever have before,
with only rare sound problems. "Bad Day on the Midway" plays beautifully on native hardware of the
era it was made. Got it on two retro gaming machines, a Socket 7 and a Slot 1, and it plays flawlessly
on them.
"Bad Day on the Midway" is more of an interactive story than a game, but very imaginative and original.
If you like the old movies "Freaks" and "Nightmare Alley", you'll probably like "Bad Day on the Midway".
-

This is free, fully setup and ready to play. Before playing make sure to read the Readme1st.txt file after
unzipping. This can be unzipped and played from any lettered Windows directory or drive, and should
work on Windows 7-11.
"Drowned God" is yet another very unusual game from Inscape, and their strangest in my opinion. It is
more of a game than the other two Inscape games I have listed here, in the way it has some very tricky
puzzles to solve. The games creator, Harry Horse, is even stranger than his game.
-
